We enjoy the tax benefits currently granted by the Revenue Agency with regard to the recovery of 50% of VAT paid to the Manufacturer, that is, the recovery in ten years in the tax return. Other tax benefits can only be activated through a careful analysis of the cases since they usually refer to renovation and not new construction.
We draw up all the documents required for the presentation of permits, with presentation at the Municipality, and the urban planning formalities, with the assistance of a specialist technician who, at the client's request, may be our architect.
MORE houses, thanks to the thermal properties of the materials and the engineering choices, are guaranteed to attain the highest energy classes, based on the client's requests. MORE draws up the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as part of the CENED certification; at the request of the client, the house can comply with additional protocols, such as CasaClima, Leed or Breeam.
