Innovative and technological, the patented MORE construction system is based on modular elements in concrete and/or wood, which have the twin function of structure and finish, enabling the utmost freedom of layout and extremely fast execution. The modular elements, made up of several layers each with different functions, optimise the energy performance of the materials used; they arrive at the construction site from the production factory “ready to use”, keeping the on-site processes to a minimum and ensuring the maximum quality standards.
The laying of the foundations is an extremely important phase. The foundations are a fundamental part for the stability and safety of the building. The MORE construction system envisages continuous foundations that ensure a redistribution of the forces and avoid concentrations of stress in the land and hazardous differential subsidence that can cause sudden drops and collapses.
Foundations laid with accuracy, expertise and rigour ensure a firm and stable house in every situation. Indeed, continuous foundations receive the loads from the structure above and transmit them to the ground. To this end, it is necessary that these are made of high quality concrete.
MORE’s prefabricated continuous foundations – included in MORE’s turnkey price – are of excellent quality and are assembled on site: they arrive from the production factory to the site “ready to use” and perfectly dry, reducing the works on site to a minimum and ensuring the utmost quality standards, guaranteed by the industrialisation of the components. Quality foundations and MORE’s innovative construction system give the certainty of a safe home, even in the event of an earthquake. This is why MORE houses can be built without any special structural adaptations anywhere in the country, including areas with a high seismic risk. In the lower part, the ventilated crawl space allows the constant circulation of air between the land and the house, avoiding humidity, fumes, efflorescence or other contamination.
It is possible to choose to build an underground level with or without cavity. The cavity enables the light and air to reach the underground level, ensuring the same living quality and comfort as the ground floor.
The perimeter acts as mediator between inside and out, optimising the interactions between the exterior and interior. The MORE perimeter structure is based on modular, load-bearing elements in high technology concrete. Unique in the world, they create a solid, durable structure able to ensure the maximum performance in any environmental and climatic condition, at the same time enabling great flexibility in the composition of the interior spaces, both in the design stage and in any future redistribution.

The modular elements that make up the outer walls of a MORE home have a compact outer shell that is as durable as stone, highly resistant to corrosion by atmospheric agents. Made of latest-generation concrete, it ensures protection, solidity and durability. Its reinforcement also prevents cracks in the façade concrete and the formation of rust. The shell’s appearance can be customised: it can be coloured with paste and decorated with various textures and tones.

The modular elements ensure excellent performance from the point of view of energy saving: they are able to cover all the thermal bridges, ensuring the maximum airtightness and eliminating any infiltration of humidity. 3INNER SHELL: EARTH, ACOUSTIC INSULATION
Inside, the modular element presents a lightweight concrete slab. Thanks to the mass that the material provides, useful thermal inertia is created during the summer and comfort is also ensured in the winter. This is why a MORE house is fresh in the summer and warm in the winter. The inner shell together with the insulation and the outer shell aid noise abatement, thereby insulating against noise disturbance.
The cover, like the modular elements, arrives on site “ready to use”, reducing the construction times of the house and ensuring the maximum quality provided by the industrial process. A MORE home can be furnished with a pitched or flat roof, depending on the architectural model chosen. Based on your choice and/or model of house, the floors between levels and the cover can be in concrete or plywood. Available with integrated photovoltaic power.
The covering mantles of MORE houses, depending on the chosen architectural model, can be pitched or flat roofs. In both kinds of roof, the cladding system is complete with plumbing and channelling elements for rainwater in varnished aluminium, thereby recalling the material and colours of the chosen finish.
MORE houses can also be furnished with carefully designed wooden covers tested by qualified industry professionals and, as with all the other elements of the MORE system, they are produced in our factories.
The metal covering mantle is created with slabs of varnished aluminium (or, on request, in copper or zinc) and allows a wide colour range; ensuring a quality finish, in line with any landscape restrictions, a clean, contemporary design and the effectiveness of the installation system. Moreover, the same cover can become a mounting system for the installation of any photovoltaic plant.
The flat roof consists of a layer of insulation in a cover protected by a double sheath that acts as an impermeable barrier and that, in turn, is covered by a layer of 5-7 cm of gravel. The gravel protects the sheaths from atmospheric agents (sun, rain, hail, wind, temperature changes), increases the mass of the cover for improved insulation, and ensures draining during exceptional precipitations. Moreover, flat photovoltaic plant or turf roofing can be installed on top of the gravel.
Doors and windows are extremely important for energy saving but also for the role played by furnishing elements in a home: this is why they must be able to combine thermal insulation and design. To best carry out their function in terms of efficiency and a reduction of the dispersal of heat, they must be designed with high quality materials and installed correctly. We guarantee the use of the best materials and expert installation.
On MORE houses, the frames are incorporated into the modular element by means of a solid back frame that guarantees continuity in the heat and sound insulation of the shell. Combining the best in terms of appeal and function, our frames are available in aluminium, PVC and wood. Additional alarm devices can also be incorporated in the frame for greater security.
The extruded aluminium edges follow the contemporary geometries of the interiors and allow large bright windows. Solid and resistant, they do not require maintenance.Transmittance: from 1.2 to 1.4 W/m2K

Made of 80 mm laminated wood, they combine the typical, pleasurable material effect with a contemporary, clean design that can discreetly integrate in all the rooms of the house. On request, doors and windows of high value are also available, with optional cladding in copper, stainless steel, bronze and brass.

The modular elements have a 60 mm thick exterior surface in high-performance, self-compacting concrete, long-lasting and customisable with geometric patterns and different colours.
This concrete is coloured in paste and does not therefore require further painting. When necessary, it is sufficient to wash with water to ensure effective long-lasting maintenance.
Thanks to partnerships with manufacturers of top level doors and windows, ad hoc solutions were devised to integrate the doors and windows within the modular element by the use of a false, single block frame that ensures the continuity of the thermal insulation of the casing. Available in aluminium, PVC or wood, they can be integrated.
Every window built-in in the modular elements is provided with a motorised shutter system, integrated and fully retractable. Made of varnished aluminium slats, it can be operated by domotic technology, ensuring the widest variety of sun screens. Easy to maintain, the slats are available in many colours.
On request, an anti-burglary shutter system is available. Blackout curtains for glazed windows and insect screens complete the offer.
The jambs integrated in the windows protect the fittings from atmospheric agents and the thermal shear between the fitting and the false frame. The 4 cm frame is made of polished and brushed Sarnico stone, its grey colour integrating perfectly with the concrete facades. For some house models with glazed walls, the jambs are made from a single insulated block varnished with RAL colours of choice.
For garage doors, the solution proposed consists of radio-controlled dividing doors capable of furnishing the maximum degree of thermal insulation. Available with different Greek frets and 14 colours to choose from.
As regards perimeters, the range includes automatic driveway gate, pedestrian gate, metal perimeter fencing on a small wall.
Special coatings are available for loggias and porticos in materials other than those of the home. The construction of perimeter kerbs is envisaged: in homes without cavities, a drainage perimeter is built in gravel in a colour of choice, with a metal border.
In houses with basement floor and cavities, the outer walkway coincides with the cover of the cavity and is made of prefabricated elements in concrete and a glass block that brings natural light to the interior; if there is an underground garage, a ramp is also provided.
The range of exterior floors of MORE houses offers various options of supply and installation. In the case of an adhesive floor, the cladding suggested is natural porcelain tiles (30x30 cm size) with antifreeze finish, available in anthracite, cement, grey, cream and dove-grey colour.
Cladding in wood, stone or industrial concrete is also available. On request, we also make walkways for exterior areas in industrial concrete with integrated lighting.

With no structural function, the dividers can be positioned as desired to create rooms. These are partition walls in plasterboard with special layers (double slab and mineral wool) which provide high acoustic insulation (56 dB), only 125 mm thick, a superior insulation compared to traditional dividers in brick plasterwork. The walls are then completed with a layer of fine skim coating varnished with RAL colours of choice.
Technologically evolved, the proposed door has a clean design given by the trunkings coplanar with the frame and the white lacquered or ivory finish; the door (80 x 210 cm) is provided with a magnetic lock and concealed hinges that open to 180°. Designer handles. Also available in sliding version. Other colours, finishes, dimensions and technological equipment are available on request.
We provide the design and complete supply of the bathroom; all our bathrooms were designed in collaboration with the most important companies in the sector that, together with Moretti MORE, have devised the most effective layouts. The offer includes: suspended fixtures, Azzurra basins; taps and mixers; shower or bathtub. To supplement the proposed supply, accessories, mirrors and mobile baths can be chosen. Cladding materials (including valuable lacquered finishes, in Corian or glass), finishes and the design of the basin, shower and bathtub areas can be personalised on request.
We offer a product that combines the best aesthetics and functionality: with a top level design, the staircase is made of non-polluting, recyclable, high-quality materials. The staircase is made of solid beech wood with 40 mm finger joints, which can be varnished in colours from the colour chart and can be integrated with railings and a handrail to a personalised design. The steps are anchored by a retractable mounting system for a more pleasing appearance. Personalisation on request of sides and treads.

On request, it is possible to further embellish the painting of the walls by choosing among special decorative techniques in order to obtain more or less enhanced materic effects able to give spaces greater identity.

MORE's optimal plant is made up of a high-efficiency heat pump able to heat in the winter and cool in the summer through radiating floor panels. This technology uses only 25% of the electricity while the remaining 75% is generated at no charge by the heat in the exterior environment.
In this case, controlled mechanical ventilation is furnished with high-yield active heat recovery and dehumidifier that ensures the healthiness of the spaces through the continuous, controlled exchange of air and a reduction in consumption. In this way, loss of heat is avoided in the winter and cooling is provided in summer.

The heat pump and the recuperator operate through renewable energies and enable the highest levels of efficiency to be obtained, noticeably reducing the running costs.
